Here in Hawaii you can’t even buy the materials for that much, and the 3,000sqft lot of land will cost you $300k in the worst part of town. truly a different world. If you could bring that $150k house to Oahu, it would probably cost about $1.5mil.

Brodie Springs is a great area! We do some property maintenance in the area and it is such a nice neighborhood. The traffic from downtown to south Austin can be a little rough during rush hour but the area is really nice.
