It’s amazing that you can buy an entire new home for $150k in Tx. Here in Hawaii you can’t even buy the materials for that much, and the 3000sqft lot of land will cost you $300k in the worst part of town. truly a different world. if you could bring that $150k house to Oahu, it would probably cost about $1.5mil. but hey, you would be living in Hawaii

I think what many people don’t realize is that there is still plenty of land for sale in Texas that is lush and even untouched by commercialization. Austin Texas is of course one of the more amazing places to buy a home. You can buy for under 200k and well over 5 million.
