The $10,000 tax credit being offered to buyers of new homes in California has run out. The program was wildly successful. More than 10,000 new home buyers took advantage of the credit before the funding expired. It would be nice to see the California builders pick up where the state of California left off.

I have to agree with Cary here what great exposure for your builders and the extremely powerful incentives. Are you starting to see more new construction purchases in your market place?

Some of these home builders seem to have some great incentives. What a great idea to put information and links to all of their sites on your blog.
