Absolutely stunning. I agree C Richey, although prices in Pahrump can get pretty low. The communities are nice though. But for the price, you’re right, I would probably rather look at homes in Henderson and Vegas.

That is a lot of communities that make up one big community. The pictures of the homes look beautiful though. I would love to live in a community like this myself someday.

The pictures of the golf course on site are stunning. I have always wanted to live somewhere where I could walk out my back door and onto the golf course.

With prices so low in Las Vegas, I'm surprised at the pricing for a house in Pahrump. Even if its in a nice master planned community.

Absolute perfect community for older or retired people who still want to be active, in an open en fresh area without traffic and noise. All the houses are one level and the area is flat. Come over here and build exactly the same community and I guaranty you that all house is going to be sold before you starting building the first one. Exactly this is want people are asking us after every day.
