		<description>@Scott - I don&#039;t think Dallas experienced much of a boom. If I remember correctly, it was supposed to be the &quot;next big thing&quot; but then end of &#039;05 came. 

I think Dallas is having difficulties now - I&#039;ve read about a stop in new home construction and some builder bankruptcies.</description>

There is a need for the government to look at basics and take immediate measures to halt the slowing down of the property business and the economy as a whole.</description>
