This plan has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a total of 2,871 square feet of which, 2,151 is finished and 720 is unfinished. The plan allows room for the addition of optional bedrooms and bathrooms. The Wedgewood is a single-story modular home plan built by Chandler Homes. This modular house plan has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,165 square feet of living space. The Wedgewood has a 47′x28′ footprint and offers a front porch. Buyers can choose to extend the living room or add a bar in the kitchen. This home is built at the Ritz-Craft Corporation 175,000 square foot Jonesville, Michigan plant. Its amazing how in those floor plans every thing is in its exact place I love looking at floor plans, the detail that does go into some of them is just fantastic.
I would loved to have gone into doing this job and creating floor plans, but unfortunately my drawing skills are just not good enough, thanks for sharing this those are really great.
