		<description>Interesting comment about having a real estate agent for a modular purchase.  I would agree if the modular home has already been built - a real estate agent is important.  We use local realtors to help us sell in a development type setting.  Truly though, I don&#039;t believe a realtor can be much help if someone is building their own custom built modular home.  That is why it is even more important for the client to do their research and to choose a builder that has established a trustworthy reputation.</description>
