I disagree James. Based on experience you have to pay twice on phantastic special deals like that. They will get their money or won't be promissory

That is an absolutely amazing deal. But the problem is when something seems too good to be true 9 times out of 10 it is. It would take me more than lenders saying the operation is "legit" to give me peace of mind before I invest my money into it.

This sounds good on the surface but perhaps it would be best to try and find some testimonials on those who have used this builder and form an opinion that way. Managing a home loan can be dubious enough without any promises falling through or worse the build not being as good as it might have been in the end. A home is for the long term so do the homework and see what other users have to say before you jump into a good promise.

Do not buy a Mainstreet home. Builder will never come out and fix any warranty request properly. They will patch it up and cover it up until your warranty expires and then tell you they're sorry and leave you with the mess. You will have to pay out of pocket for your repairs (repairs on a new home). My AC drain was set improperly and i have a swamp on the side of the house. There quick fix was to run a pipe to the front yard. This caused the drain to back up and the AC to stop working because it was too long. Austin Air told me that they had already told Mainstreet how to fix this problem and they refused to. The majority of the homes in our community have this problem and none were fixed properly. The water does not drain away from the house and this can affect your foundation. When we laid down hard wood flooring we also discovered that the walls are uneven and not aligned. Do not buy a Mainstreet home. They are built with only the minimal qualifications to pass code.
