Homeowners of Riverside Estates now have a new centerpiece of the community: a renovated and expanded 18-hole golf course that’s now open for play.
Ken Ezell of CEC Golf Design Group refreshed the entire course at Riverside Golf and Country Club, and expanded it from it’s previous nine holes to the current 18. All of the greens were also reconfigured to meet USGA regulations. This course is the Greater Valley Area’s first 18-hole course.
Residents of Riverside Estates receive one free year of golf with home purchase, upon payment of initial HOA dues.
Riverside Estates is a luxury golf community in Lanett, Alabama developed by Greater Valley Group. The community features 141 homesites, 101 of which are on the golf course. A portfolio of 18 designs are available to choose from, starting in the $200s. Another option available is to purchase a homesite and bring in other plans, which must be approved by an architectural board. The Riverside Estates community embodies traditional Southern architecture.
The community is conveniently located only four miles north of downtown West Point, Georgia, and a mere 10 minutes from the new Georgia Kia plant.
Visit Greater Valley Group‘s website for more information about Riverside Estates or their other communities.

Great looking golf course and the starting point for houses is what we can only dream of in Europe, let alone Marbella
Love it, it’s a shame we do not have that many in Montreal. Population density is in small areas and the golf courses usually go to leave room for condos here.

Sounds like a great course. Hopefully my friends down in Columbus and West Point take advantage of it!
Golf Course at riverside!! Wow it looks so wonderful
Ohh it’s really looking wonderful. I think you just can’t get place for Golf better than this. It’s a big gift for homeowners of Riverside Estates.
