Over on the Southwest Florida Blog, there’s news that for the last few months they’ve seen over 40% of their short sales closing, usually with some sort of offer. How are you all faring? I keep hearing a lot of positive news out of Florida lately, and this Lakewood Ranch area looks enticing.
Wow! Now that is a master planned community!! We have some “master planned communities” around here, but they don’t even come close to this.
@Cary – Arizona seems to be getting better (that’s where we’re out of) – I’ve heard a lot of positive things from agents – foreclosures, short sales and “right” priced homes are moving well.
@Matt – it’s like 6 times the size of a huge community (or what I thought was huge) near my home. It’s just hard to imagine someone being responsible/accountable for the development, would be a lot of stress
Holy cow! That place is going to be huge!! Must be some nice homes being built there in Florida.
Lisa Udy@Cache Valley Homes´s last blog ..Responsible Homeownership Is The Buzz
Never really paid any attention to this post but I must say, that’s one huge community! The only horses that will be prancing around in this ranch are Ferraris and Lambos.
Greg you are ridiculous!
