Interesting list of companies, it toke me over two hours to get through all of the real estates/homes to get a good price level of villa market. I’m now going to try getting square meters medium for the comparing of my area and market.
What a great resource for those in the market! Thanks so much for taking the time to compile these.
I’ve been out to Tuscany in Henderson. The clubhouse there is awesome. They have two pools, a lap pool and a huge swimming pool with an area to sunbathe in (water is about 3 inches deep. Plus a ton of other amenities. The golf course is pretty nice too.

I wonder how these builders will react when the new RESPA law comes into affect that doesn’t allow them to make their incentives contingent on user their in house lender.
In which states are the best deals in real estate?. Thank you for the information
I wish I took that financial advice that says buy when everyone else is selling. There are so many great deals out there, yet I don't have money to cash in.
These discounts, combined with the $10,000 new home tax credit in California, plus the $8,000 federal tax credit for first time home buyers, add up to considerable savings. Consider that the prices of these new homes are already down substantially. There really hasn’t been a better time to buy a new home in many years. But the California tax credit is running out. There was only $100 Million allotted to the program, and so far more than 9,500 home buyers have taken advantage of it. Perhaps the California legislature will renew funding, but there is no guarantee of that. Let’s encourage our legislatures to find the money. It’s been a very effective program.

I agree with Geoff, the California tax credit has made for some incredible deals in California, but the credits are going fast. However, prices probably still have some room to drop, so even if the credits dry up, you may still find the same deal or even better.
