Tina – isn’t that the truth. Remember these incentives are on top of already reduced prices.
Prices are cheap but its always best to ensure you are on firm financial footing. If you can put 20% down and only have your housing cost equal 33% of your gross income you are in great shape!

Sorry, but I think the prices is coming more done, we have not seen the bottom jet. Here in Spain do we think the prices is going done 20-30% more.
You just have to watch out and not cross a certain line with builder incentives. If the incentive is contingent upon the buyer using your in-house mortgage lender, it’s a violation.
There are definately some bargains to be had at the moment and these are just some of them. I don’t there will be any shortage of them in the near future either!
