David Weekely is offering $3k in closing costs to buyers. Plus they’re telling agents that they’ll pay 50% of their commission up front. So for example, if there’s a 3% commission but the home won’t be complete for 6-7 months, the agent will get 1.5% soon after the contract is signed (i.e., after loan approval).
Your builders are really providing lots of incentives to move their properties. With the current tax credit I have been working to line up great builders like you have listed in my area with people that qualify for the most tax credits. I have found that sales continue to maintain.
