It looks like in California that big home builders are building a better home than here in South Carolina. And that 3.5% rate is unbelievable. Centrex has slowly moved away from our area. Hopefully they will be back soon and offer rates like the 3.5 in California. Now that’s an incentive.

That’s unreal that Centex is offering 3.5% financing. That’s practically free. Talk about affordable housing.
