Great list of New Home builders and the incentives they currently offer. Here in Northern New Jersey we don’t have much for new home construction so not much of the great deals on them.
Ryland and Meritage aren’t offering those programs here (yet). I think we’ll see tons of incentives from new home builders for the next year or until inventory levels drop back to normal. Buyers are going to be able to get some unheard of deals in the next several months.
