		<description>When I started with SEO - last years - SEO 1.0 had rules that where applied no matter language. What you proclaim to be SEO 2.0 (don’t get me wrong, I totally agree with this taxonomy, I even like it and I will use it) it was in fact secondary set of rules for good seo in SEO 1 package, if I may say so. The change is that the first package (meta, link directories and stuff) doesn’t seem to count now. 

Any way, by all means, Google should came out with a more accurate set of rules for SEO masters. This is my opinion.</description>
