What do Highland Homes and Sears have in common? Both of these companies are known for their outstanding customer service they have been providing their customers with for years, so it shouldn’t come as any surprise that they have decided to join forces. Now Highland Homes homeowners and buyers will receive a personal shopping service offered by Sears Commercial.
Sears has a proven devotion to customer satisfaction for years now, and will offer Highland Homes’ homeowners and buyers the highest services. For all Florida new homes purchases from Highland Homes, Sears will offer a personal shopper to meet with the buyer and discuss furnishings and items for your new home. Sears offers quality home items including exercise equipment, lawn equipment, outdoor furniture and supplies, large appliances, small electronics, house wares and much more.
There are many perks to having a personal shopper. Moving can be a stressful time. To make the move easier, a Sears representative will ensure their customers get the best deals by shopping competitor’s pricing. And, if you’re still under contract, there’s no need to worry, because Sears will hold purchases and invoices until after your home has been closed on. To top everything off, the company will also offer a 5% discount on all your purchases.
Highland Homes prides themselves on doing business with top name brand manufacturers. Coming together with other companies helps ensure quality homes and quality experience for their customers. Highland Homes does business with a number of other companies including Whirlpool, Delta Faucets, Progress Lighting, Pittsburgh Paints, Merillat Cabinets and Mohawk making an enjoyable experience for those purchasing a home.

Wow, that is a nice perk. Just one less thing for the new homeowner to worry about and that is always a bonus when moving.
Great idea for Highland Homes to engage in partnership strategies. This offers the consumer an added value, Sears a generated lead, and initiates home buying incentives. Great marketing!
I think this is a great idea and one that should catch on with other home builders. One thing with partnerships like this though is that each party can leverage the strength of the other or one could hurt the other if their service is not up to par.
