There is a new builder at Heron Bay Golf and Country Club: Paramount Communities. Paramount will construct beautiful homes in the Lakeview at Heron Bay, which will be priced from the low $300s to the high $400,000s. Currently, there are six plans to choose from with either a two or three-car garage design.
Paramount will initially construct three different plans: the Carlton, Ivy and Hampton.
The Carlton will be constructed on Lot 13 by the tee box of the 7th hole. It will be a double master home with one on main and one upstairs. Total, the home will be five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and feature a beautiful two-story family room.
The Ivy will be constructed on Lot 53 overlooking a pond and green of the 5th hole. This plan has the master bedroom on the second level and features an ample amount of living space.
The Hampton is the largest home offered by Paramount. It will be build on Lot 78 in a cul de sac and features double masters. This home contains all the formal rooms as well as a keeping room, which provides a spacious area for elegant entertaining.
All of the homes will feature four sided brick construction with hardwood floors on the main levels and granite island kitchens.
