Northeast Florida Green Floor Plans
Florida Green Homes, LLC
Palm is the name of this green home plan provided by Florida Green Homes, LLC. The Palm floor plan offers 1,600 square feet of living area, 2,043 total square footage, three bedrooms, two baths, and is available from the $150s; or $94.93 per square foot.
Birchwood is a larger green home plan, also built by Florida Green Homes, LLC. Birchwood provides 2,717 square feet of livable space, 3,559 total square footage, three bedrooms, a den, three baths, and can be purchased from the $270s; or $99.74 per square foot.
Southwest Florida Green Floor Plans
Vision Homes of Southwest Florida
The Carriage is a green home plan designed and built by Vision Homes of Southwest Florida. The Carriage offers 2,628 square feet of living area, four bedrooms, two full-baths, one half-bath, plus a retreat, starting from the $430s.
The Avalon is a green home plan, also provided by Vision Homes of Southwest Florida. The Avalon offers 2,680 square feet of livable space, three bedrooms, a bonus room, three bathrooms, a three-car courtyard garage, plus a veranda, starting in the $440s.

We can expect much higher electricity prices soon so green homes make sense.
I think its great that there are now green homes. It’s less toxic and wasteful.

I think green homes are awesome. I know I have done my best to be as green as possible in my existing home. And when I go to look for my next place, it will be on the top of my list.
