Does anyone think that the housing credit will be extended beyond April-2010? I think that if the credit is gone, watch our housing market tank to even lower historic lows. I am not sure if I will live long enough to see the rebound of this horrible housing crisis.

Now that the Federal tax credit, will Quail Run be extending its incentive program? $6,500 is still a substantial discount on a $200,000 home, and would be even more effective if the builder pays that money toward the buyer’s closing costs.
