There are several touring professionals that live in Ponte Vedra which is nearby. We have one World Golf Hall of Fame member living at World Golf Village. We would love to have more professionals in our community.

Carol, I got updates from my friend regarding the tampa market and the trend prevailing there. But IMHO having a housing at the neck of the woods of a world golf village is something attractive for serious golf pros. A right strategy targeting them would attract some serious leads and deals can be sealed as well. I wish all the best and hope the trends move more to the north in the future.
