I really love the balcony that was included in the Carriage floor plan. I could see myself sitting there enjoying a tall glass of iced tea on a warm summer evening.

I really like that one-story plan of the Avalon. That’s a lot of space for one floor.

The Carriage floor plan is the one that I like the most. I like that elevation scheme on that plan. The balcony off the second floor is a nice touch.

Really nice floor plans. I’m thinking of building a custom home and these floor plans are something to consider. The layouts make full use of the space.

Those are some exceptional floor plans. I wish I could move down to floor and get one of those plans. For the size you get the price is not bad either

Great looking homes.. these must be semi-custom..? Southwest Florida is such a great place.. If I weren’t in love with Arizona, you could probably find me in Florida!
