I have to say these are some of the best floor plans I have seen. My parents are planning on moving to Florida soon and would really like these models.
Really nice floor plans. I’m thinking of building a custom home and these floor plans are something to consider. The layouts make full use of the space.
The Carriage floor plan is the one that I like the most. I like that elevation scheme on that plan. The balcony off the second floor is a nice touch.
I really like that one-story plan of the Avalon. That’s a lot of space for one floor.
I really love the balcony that was included in the Carriage floor plan. I could see myself sitting there enjoying a tall glass of iced tea on a warm summer evening.

Lovely selection of new ranch homes. Nice variety. Refreshing to see builders thinking design-first and not making the same-old same-old homes. The Grand Avalon looks to be a real winner, like the 3-car exterior carport.
