Barrington Heights is one of Century Communities’ Colorado Springs townhome communities located across from Cottonwood Park. Barrington Heights offers four different home plans to choose from, each uniquely elegant and varying in layout. Buyers can select from the Broadmoor, Canterbury, Turnberry, and Augusta.
The Broadmoor plan offers 1,509 square feet of livable space, two bedrooms, and two-and-a-half baths starting at only $179,9550.
Century Communities - Barrington Heights
Canterbury provides three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and 1,495 square feet of living space starting at $201,950.
The Turnberry plan is also a three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom, home that consists of 1,624 square feet.
The Augusta is a 1,591 square foot residence with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths for only $216,950.
Community amenities include bike paths, access to trails, near to schools, greenbelts, HOA maintained landscaping, close to grocery shopping, parks and recreation.

There are a lot of advantages in buying a home with ready made floor plans. There is no need to hire an architect as the builder should be familiar with the blueprints and the approval process.
The situation complicates when you have to remodel a house with new floor plans. This is what I am dealing with now and it’s a lot more difficult than I expected but I won’t give in, I need more useful space in my home, that’s my only motivation.
I sell homes for a home builder in my market, and his pre-made floor plans are selling like hot cakes in today’s market. He has done so many of them, and has the building process streamlined, which makes these homes cheaper to build. It’s great for the consumer, and I think it’s going to become more popular with the way the economy is going. Great post, and very useful for people in your area.
