Another good thing to do if you have a sprinkler system for your lawn would be to check the system once a week or month. Make sure your heads are spraying only on the lawn, not on the street or sidewalk. Another good way to save some water and money on the water bill would be to set the sprinklers to water only early in the morning once a week for a longer period during the summer months. This will give a deeper watering then if you were to water 3 or 4 times a week. The deeper the watering, the stronger the root system making the grass more drought tolerant.

I am going to try to do my part by building some solar panels for my home. I learned how and it is very simple and cheap. I don’t know why they charge so much for them at the stores.

That’s a good tips, but actually We always talk about tips and write that. The most important things is take action. Actually whether global warning is hoax or not We should move to going green as going green mean to live a healthy life as well and will make us life longer.

Exactly my point. Even if there weren’t global warming (which there is) what is wrong with changing your lifestyle and energy use in the name of the environment?

I think global warming is a hoax! The earth has natural cycles that warm and cool the planet. Although, I’m all about living greener and cleaner.

@Chas – Agreed

@Gina – I changed the intro. I truly have no idea what to believe in regards to global warming. You’d think that if global warming were true, every scientist would see the facts and that would be the end of it. Kind of like “the earth is round” or “the sun is hot” or “too many donuts will make you chunky”. You seem convinced – I’d absolutely love to read/watch some of the things you have. Got any links to some resources?

I believe your intro should read “even if global warming WERE a big hoax — and of course it isn’t — etc….” or something to that effect.

The way you put it, you’re saying it COULD BE, and I’m sure that’s not what you meant!!!!
