Great News!!! First Green House in Flagler County with Platinum Certification!
Florida Green Homes is proud to announce our Model home the “Maple” has received Platinum Certification from the Florida Green Building Coalition.
Our newest home the “Maple” located at 2 Eric Drive in Palm Coast has received Platinum Certification with a score of 198. That’s far and above the requirements needed to be certified “GREEN”.
This Beautiful home is one of our Eco-Logic Collection and is energy-efficient, ecological and has sustainability features that substantially enhance the homes environment. The Maple has features such as disaster resistance, excellent indoor air quality, resource efficient materials, low water use and native landscaping. We’re also looking forward to that day Matt. Although by that time, “Green Homes” will be gone from our vocabulary since all homes are expected to be green in the first place.

What a beautiful home! I love that there’s so much natural light, which seems to flood through the whole house.
Even though we’re still a long way from “green homes” becoming standard, I’m delighted to see that more and more people are beginning to demand that their homes be built with the “green” theme in mind.
