Many baby boomers in San Diego were raised with two parents and 3 children in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with around 1,200 square feet of living area. Looking back, those were often some of the happiest years of their lives. There is a false sense of security when everything around us seems prosperous. Many live for the moment thinking it will always be "Grand". I also think buyers are re-evaluating what is important. Unfortunately, this has left us with a great deal of upper end properties on the market.
