Dottie Lay was named Top Producer with the top number of closed listings and sales at $808,000 for the second month in a row. With 25 years of real estate experience it’s no wonder that she came in at the top. Lay specializes with first-time homeowners and distressed properties which means she works with properties that may be facing foreclosure. She was also named Top Sales Agent in the first quarter and Top Lister in the second quarter of this year by Davidson and continues to show dedication to the industry.
Jock Ochiltree was named the Top Sales Agent with the highest dollar volume of sales with sales close to $550,000. Ochiltree has gained a lifetime of experience working with golf communities, and he has developed a great love for the game. This has led him to specialize in golf communities. He also specializes in distressed properties too.
The Top Lister with the highest dollar volume of listings sold was Pauline Cake. Cake had two listings and one shared listing selling at $710,000. She has been with Davidson for seven years and her hard work has paid off as she has received this award multiple times. Cake is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and works with two other Davidson agents to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. She lives in and specializes in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village.
