This is Part I of two videos that take a serious look at the financial crisis in the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. Okay, actually, it’s a hilarious video that makes fun of the credit crisis, bankers, financial firms, government involvement in free markets and everything else surrounding the current world economy.
We’ll post Part II next, it’s just as good if not better. John Bird and John Fortune are hilarious; according to Wikipedia, Bird and Fortune is an award winning “satirical British television programme”, can we get something similar in the states?

These two gentlemen are really brilliant. I was able to laugh at some of my stupid moves last year. I sure looked foolish and humiliated then but today–at this moment–I actually snickered. We really didn’t have any choice but laugh once in a while to expunge the tightening sensation in our chest and in our brain. Thanks for sharing this funny video.
interesting, i feel bad for the UK, but i like to see that the US is not the only place in the civilized world having hard times. I’m sure it will turn around, it always has, things will keep going.
@Rose – they are hilarious. It’s amazing how they can make you feel stupid and laugh at the same time! We’ll be posting the second video soon…I think it’s a little better than this one.
@Matt – Yeah, I wish the U.S. was the only place having a hard time, the other countries might be able to help out more if we were. Unfortunately, it’s a global crisis, things should turn around.
