The builders were unable to finish 12,000 of the work on the home and the bank that owns the home will not except anything ,but a construction loan for the home. The home is priced at 119,000 plus 12,000 for completion and their is no certificate of occupancy on the home. How can you help us to purchase this home. We have a builder that is willing to complete the home for us, we just need financing to purchase and renovate the home so that we can then get the certificate of occupancy from the county.
