@Carol: Looks like well planned floor plans keeping in mind different size requirements and number of family members. I think they have also priced them reasonably but recession might be bad for the business.

That looks like a great community. I like how the largest floorplan is less than 1800 square feet. It’s nice to see nice quality in moderate sized homes.
