It’s seem very popularly and interesting construction, 150 units of 160 is sold, compare with other new buildings in Chicago is that very good.
Very impressive that they have that many units sold in this market. New construction is still ongoing in Las Vegas, but builders are having to hustle to move their inventory.
Actually, I live in the building, almost 40 of the units are rentals at this time. And they have about 10-15 units on top of those rentals left to sell so really only about 105 units are sold.
