In a time when building supplies and construction materials are sitting stagnant, Bowen Family Homes has begun building again. The metro-Atlanta homebuilder has begun construction on 43 new homes throughout Atlanta this month.
The new homes will be built in the Bowen Family Homes Communities of Autumnbrooke, Berkeley Chase, Brynfield-Woodvale, Caswell Overlook, Deerfield Green, Hanover Place, Preserve at Johns Creek, Kensington Creek Manor, McGinnis Reserve, Stonehaven Pointe and Willoughby Cove and all are expected to be move-in ready by the spring.
With a wide variety of floorplans, sizes, locations and prices, there is sure to be a home perfect for anyone looking to buy in 2010.
If you’re looking to live in Alpharetta, but don’t want to pay Fulton County taxes, then you might want to consider Hanover Place. With homes ranging from $299,900-$400,000, this prestigious community is the perfect place for your family.
The single family homes range in size from 2,4000 to 4,500 square feet and floorplans feature 4, 5 and 6 bedroom designs. Optional tandem 3-car garages, keeping rooms, optional attic level and optional three sided brick exteriors make it easy for homeowners to customize their new home to their specifications. Three model homes are currently open for tour, including the Callaway model which was awarded a Gold OBIE for Best Building Design by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

Good to see a local builder building again. We have sold Bowen homes before and they are a great company to work with. We have seen a uptick in our business. Hopefully the trend continues.

@ Erica – I agree thanks for stopping by!
Most of our market in Moraira is resales. There is very little land left in Moraira that has not been built upon. There is very little prospect for new build in Moraira. Having said that I think with the massive oversupply of property in the Costas in Spain a recovery in the new build market is some time off yet.
