It's great that the entry-level market has maintained a strong demand at the current reduced prices. It's debatable what the elimination of the $8,000 tax credit will do to cool the enthusiasm of first-time home buyers. Hi, Has anyone noticed how much the housing prices in the Five Points neighborhood has risen? I just looked and the average home there is around $350,000.Thats amazing to me considering that use to be a very dangerous neighborhood and one of our more densly african-american neighborhoods.
