I wish more home builders would follow suit. I've noticed, from reading the New Homes Incentives post, that many builders do in fact have some great deals... but I've also found that many of the builders (locally) aren't necessarily offering more home for less money, and I wish they would in order to meet buyers half-way. It sounds like, to me, that American West Homes knows what it takes to accommodate buyers in today’s market. I wish more home builders would follow suit.
