		<description>It sounds like, to me, that American West Homes knows what it takes to accommodate buyers in today&#039;s market. I wish more home builders would follow suit.
I&#039;ve noticed, from reading the New Homes Incentives post, that many builders do in fact have some great deals... but I&#039;ve also found that many of the builders (locally) aren&#039;t necessarily offering more home for less money, and I wish they would in order to meet buyers half-way.</description>
