I have 2 waterfront properties in Florida and you should see the Manatees come right up to me to drink water from my hose. The whole selling point of these properties IS being on the waterfront.

$1.5 Mil is really reasonable for a home like that.

I love the way you put that into perspective. If I were to choose between the Veyron and this property, I’d take the latter hands down any time. The value of this property is only going to increase while a car (even a Bugatti) depreciates. If I only had that much money… ::sigh::
