D. R. Horton has opened a number of homes for sale in the Tres Pueblos Norte neighborhood of Tucson, Arizona. There are a number of different floor plans, listed by number rather by name, and price ranges are affordable for many income levels. The 4048 floor plan is the most modest, with about 1,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage, priced around $110,000. The 4088 floor plan is somewhere in the middle, with the same number of rooms as the 4048, but with three hundred extra square feet, and runs only $10,000 more. The most luxurious is the 4128 floor plan, which adds an extra story and covers more than two thousand square feet, for the price of about $151,000.
The community of Tres Pueblos Norte contains its own lighted 4-acre park with playgrounds for the kids and a ramada with picnic tables and outdoor cooking opportunities. The community is also close to shopping, entertainment, and recreation of many types. The area has access to several forms of public transportation as well.
