Morrison Ranch is a huge master-planned community in Gilbert.  But you don’t notice how large it is when you drive past.  Instead you find yourself taking in the “rural ranch” character including wide grass-covered set backs and white rail fences.  To call the streets “tree-lined” would be a understatement.  There are multiple rows of trees lining the streets and parks creating welcome shade for the interconnected pedestrian-friendly greenbelts.    These features and more combine to accomplish the Morrison Family goal of creating a “community with character.”

Some of Arizona’s most prominent home builders have built homes within this community, including Shea, Lennar, Trend and Taylor Morrison.  These homes range from 3 bedroom 2 bath starter homes to 4,000+ square foot homes with 5 and 6 bedrooms.  There are even some elegant custom homes in this versatile community.   Ashton Woods is currently building new homes in their neighborhood called Citrus Heights at Morrison Ranch.  These homes range from 1308 – 2368 square feet from 2 to 5 bedrooms.  The homes in Morrison Ranch have been designed around the common theme of the master-planned community.  Many homes have large front porches designed to encourage neighbor to neighbor connections.  There’s even a community blog called “The Front Porch.”  Whether you want an existing home or a new home, this community will undoubtely have the right floor plan for you. 

In addition to the residential neighborhoods, you’ll find the Morrison Ranch Town Center which has a variety of shops, resturants, and neighborhood service providers.  The Town Center even has a 6.2 acre lake with a 40′ high fountain which can be seen from Higley Road.
