Felty Farms – Alder Brook is a new homes community in Gilbert, AZ, created by Capital Pacific Homes. Close to Phoenix, the community has been received so well that the company will be doubling the number of homes in this location over the next two years. Homes in the community are between 1,800 and 3,100 square feet, and the builders can include, if requested, things such as home spas, media rooms, game rooms and sound wired throughout the house.
