Sierra Colina is a new homes community in Levine, AZ that was created by Beazer Homes. It’s a beautiful community with mountain views of South Mountain Park, and is less than 30 minutes from Phoenix. The community offers a ramada with barbecue grills for picnics, walking and bike trains, a playground and half court basketball. It’s also within walking distance of the Bougainvillea Golf Course.
Within this very affordable home community, prices start around $128,000 and pretty much stay under $200,000 unless extensive options are requested. They have between 3 and 4 bedrooms, 2 to 2 1/2 bathrooms, and range between 1,600 and 3,100 square feet. The largest design, known as the Diamond, also has an option for an additional garage space.
