Shea Homes has a large community of homes in the Gilbert, AZ area, which was recently included at #36 of top small communities in the United States. They call the overall community Seville, and there are four different divisions that offer homes of varying prices and styles.
The first community is called La Quintana, and it’s the most affordable community with homes coming in between $140,000 and $165,000, with the square footage between 1,675 and 2,178. Next comes Santiago, with prices between $180,000 and $284,000, square footage between 1,749 and 2,952. After that comes Escala II, with prices ranging from $219,000 and $290,000 and square footage ranging from 2,035 to 3,420.
The most luxurious properties in the community are in La Miranda, with prices between $250,000 and $390,000, and square footage ranging between 2,472 and 4,238. All of the homes can have 3 bedrooms, including in La Miranda, but this community is the only one that will build homes with six bedrooms. They all come with 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 bathrooms, and 2 or 3-car garages. What’s unique about some of the home plans for this area is that the large homes can also be ranch homes, which means plenty of land and space to spread out. One home plan has everything except the master bedroom on the lower level, which means the master bedroom was luxuriously large.
