Cave Creek may not be one of the largest cities in the state of Arizona, but it has some of the most luxurious homes in the state. The home builder and creator of the community is Toll Brothers, one of the top home building companies in the country.
What’s special about the Cottonwood Collection is that these are luxury homes that start around $600,000. There are six floor plans with different exteriors that range from 3,402 to 4,746 square feet. The smallest home in the group is the San Mateo, which has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. The largest home plan is the Marchetti, which comes in at 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, extra large rooms, including the master bedroom, and starts around $710,000. The overall community has a community park, walking trails, and a basketball court.
Cave Creek is an anomaly in this area, which is near Phoenix, because it’s almost an oasis in the desert. There’s flora and fauna instead of only desert, and thus has unique hiking trails, golf, and horseback riding for the area. Cave Creek Regional Park is something that many locals love to visit, and is the main feature of the town, which is also known for eclectic shopping and restaurants.
