Fulton Homes Expensive Commercials Highlights Their Homes

Fulton Homes is one of the largest home builders in Arizona, and they used their position to fund a 30 second commercial during this year’s Super Bowl.  They’re also planning to run another 30-second commercial during the upcoming Academy Awards on March 7th.  They’ve gone the humorous route, putting a positive spin on what’s been a tough year for housing.

“Fulton Homes considers the Super Bowl an important part of our marketing strategy and we have always come from the approach that marketing is muscle not fat,” said Fulton Homes CEO Douglas Fulton. “Fulton Homes is going into 2010 with a strong offense and we will win.”

Fulton Homes, a family owned home building business based in Tempe, has been in business since 1975, building both affordable and luxury homes.  Over the past two years, they have been building more affordable homes as Arizona has suffered through its worst housing crisis in recorded history.  Throughout their 15 present communities, you will find prices starting around $110,000 in communities like Paradise at Ironwood Crossing, with homes between 1,300 to 2,400 square feet, and luxury homes in communities like Aegean Cove at Fulton Ranch, where homes between 3,500 and 6,000 square feet start around $530,000.

Fulton Homes is also unique in that they have their own mortgage team to help with financing.  That really makes them unique among home builders.
