This distinctive restaurant was originally the Johnston Family Home. Now it serves Agritopia residence and everyone else looking for delicious food with a unique twist (their sweet potato fries are a must). Joe’s Farm Grill was even featured on Food Network’s “Drive-in, Diners and Dives” last May. Also within the community you’ll find the Coffee Shop that specializes in wonderful pastries and coffee drinks (their sandwiches are great too).
The homes in Agritopia are functional as well as beautiful. The Classic Series homes were built with the option of a basement (too rare in Arizona), these homes range in size from 1,552 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms to 5,172 sq. ft. with up to 9 bedrooms!
The Cottage Series are lovely homes with courtyard entrances ranging in size from 1,321 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms to 1,991 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms. Cottage Living Magazine rated Agritopia as one of the top 10 cottage communities in the US in 2008.
Agritopia also has acres of parks with pathway, playgrounds, sports courts and a pool to add to its charm. So if you are tired of traditional Phoenix communities, come out to see Agritopia.
